CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR AND TRENDING ANALYSIS

A data pipeline was built using PySpark and SQL to ETL LogContent and LogSearch data from DataLake to MySQL, then visualized in Power BI. The analysis measured user time per category, identified top interests, and tracked changes in search behavior between June 1–14 and July 1–14, 2022.

CUSTOMER360 ANALYSIS

The Customer360 report applies the RFM model, IQR method, and BCG matrix to segment customers into four groups. RFM scores were calculated with SQL, visualized in Power BI using DAX, and used to generate actionable customer insights.

E-COMMERCE ANALYTICS

A report was built to evaluate a Shopee 30% off promotion and detect fraud. Data was cleaned in Excel, modeled in Power BI, and analyzed using DAX. The report identified the bill range with the most transactions and highlighted three potentially fraudulent sellers and buyers.
